THE SPA

The Spas at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore were the first two spas in Las Vegas to be recognized with Forbes Five Star awards. Custom-designed with meticulous attention to the care and comfort of our guests The Spas offer the ultimate personal comfort in an inspiring setting of elegance and tranquility. Natural décor elements and flowing water combine with a service approach that emphasizes the “treat” in treatments to create a uniquely immersive and emotive experience.

Both spas offer separate women's and men's facilities with showers, steam room, sauna, hot and cold plunges and whirlpool ensure your comfort and privacy. Lockers with spa robes and slippers are provided, as well as hair and body care amenities.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Our spas are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Appointments are available from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily for resort guests. For non-resort guests, appointments are available Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Treatments may be scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday by calling for that day's availability.

ARRIVAL GUIDELINES

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled spa appointment to allow yourself time to shower, and use the lounge sauna, steam room and whirlpool.

MINIMUM AGE

The Spa and Fitness Center is appropriate for guests 18 years of age and older

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are at the guest's discretion and appreciated by the staff for outstanding service.

WHAT TO WEAR

Robes and slippers are provided for your convenience. Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of your spa treatment.

MEDICAL CONCERNS AND COMFORT LEVEL

Guests who are pregnant, have had recent surgery, or have any other medical concerns are advised to consult their doctor before booking spa services or using any spa facilities. Please advise the reservationist of any concerns.

CELL PHONES

We strive to provide our guests a tranquil escape from the outside world. Please help us by turning off cell phones and pagers upon entering the spa.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy to all, we ask that a six-hour notice be given if you need to cancel or change your appointment. For a cancellation with less than a six-hour notification, guests will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. For a no-show appointment, the full treatment fee will be charged.
