As the Executive Chef of Wynn Las Vegas and Encore, Chef Snyder oversees dining destinations that are among the most sought after in Las Vegas and the United States.
Since joining the Wynn family in 2004, Synder has channeled his unwavering innovative spirit into coordinating the openings and managing the complex culinary operations that support such award-winning restaurants as Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare and Wing Lei at Wynn as well as Botero, Sinatra and Switch Steak at Encore. Snyder also directs the teams responsible for kitchen prep and production, in-room dining, pastry and bread production, banquets, catering and special events as well as culinary planning and development. Prior to joining Wynn, Chef Snyder served as executive sous chef at the AAA Five-Diamond Phoenician resort in Scottsdale, Arizona.
