Executive chef David Walzog of SW Steakhouse redefines American seafood at Lakeside, located at Wynn Las Vegas. The new menu features wood-oven roasted lobster, ocean-fresh fish and stone crab. Prime-aged steaks, chops and succulent smoked prime rib of beef round out the bill of fare.
