Steve Wynn teamed up with film director Brett Ratner to create the commercial announcing his new resort. A parody of its predecessor - which featured Steve standing on top of Wynn Las Vegas - the spot called for the legendary developer to climb 675 feet in the air and assume a mark at the tip of the building's signature swoop to introduce Encore to the world.
